L-K Aerial started in 2010 in a small back room of a village hall by our lead instructor Lucy-Kate.
Over the many years of teaching, show cases, photoshoots and many other events we have come to where we are now!
We have taught so many amazing students in those 15 years and hope to teach many more!
At L-K Aerial, we believe in the magic of movement and the strength it brings.
Our mission is to create a fun, safe, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone to train to be fit, strong, flexible and confident in whilst sharing our passion for movement.

Lucy-Kate
Based in Evesham, Worcestershire, I am a fitness instructor specialising in dance based exercise classes.
I qualified as a fitness and aerobics instructor in 2005, I started out by teaching one aqua aerobics class a week, it slowly progressed along with my love of teaching to many more hours of different classes.
I work part time for the NHS, I also teach a couple of classes and cover for Rivers Fitness whilst running my own classes as L-K Aerial.

Kelly has been training with L-K Aerial for over 10 years. She is enjoying learning how to teach, putting lessons together and perfecting her warm up leads. She hopes to complete her certification very soon!
