Line Dancing

Monday's

6.30pm - 7.30pm

Badsey Community & Sports Club

£5.00 cash on arrival (no need to book)

This Class is perfect for ages 14+ of any dance ability. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a newbie!

Fun and easy routine breakdowns followed by the dance itself.

No partner needed, just bring your smile and if you fancy getting into the spirit... your cowboy boots!

Stretch & Flexibility

Along with cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and motor skills, flexibility is one of the 5 components of fitness!

Can benefit speed, strength and power training - muscles must be worked through their fullest safe range of movement during strength exercises for good technique.
Can benefit endurance for varying physical activities.
Can correct or aid good posture
Relaxing and calming
Improve sleep
Better breathing
Reduce DOMS
Improve sex life

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics or aqua aerobics typically comprises of low impact exercise performed in water.

Water acts as resistance when one performs exercises that are normally done on land, for instance jumping or jogging. Just like any other forms of exercise, aqua aerobics provides many health benefits, but offers support of the joints and bones.

Ballet Barre Class

A fitness class to sculpt your body, elongate your physique, adding tone without bulk whatever your fitness level, age or ability Ballet Barre Class is for you!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga utilises every aspect of self, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Yoga means union and Hatha is derived from Ha (sun) and tha (moon) and it signifies both consciousness and the life force. Dedicated Hatha yogis discover through meticulous practise of each posture (asana) that it is possible to obtain a beautiful balance of mind, body and spirit.

Hula Hooping
