3rd August 2018 L-K Aerial took part in the Badsey Carnival with the theme of The Wizard of Oz
The float and ladies placed third in the parade!
The L-K Aerial hoop ladies also performed two 30 minute hoop sessions.
The Asparagus Run 2019
Our Lucy-Kate took the warm up at The Valleys Asparagus Run.
A mix of classic 90's aerobics and of course the Hokey Cokey was thrown in for good measure.
Fantastic and well organised event as always :)

2018 SHOWCASE!
A Night at the Movies!
17th November 2018 the L-K Aerial ladies took part in our annual showcase at Badsey Remembrance Hall.
We raised funds for the WWF via a tombola
The ladies performed amazingly and our man with the mic Lee was a total star!
8 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
Lucy-Kate celebrated 8 years of running pole dance classes on the 15th August 2018
We celebrated with a garden party and afternoon tea.

A show full of glamourous routines, sparkle, glitter and stunning showgirls!
The show consisted of floorwork, fan dance, cancan, chair acro, burlesque, Aerial Hoop and pole dancing.
The evening was a great success and we have started planning our 2017 show already!

Run Away to the Circus with... Fierce Fitness!
31st October 2015 showcase @ Badsey Village Hall
With a Halloween/circus twist to each performance it made for a wonderfully weird evening out!
The show consisted of floorwork, fan dance, jive, ballet, chair dance, burlesque and pole dancing.
The evening was a great success and we have started planning our 2016 show already!
Our instructor Lucy-Kate took part in The Authentics this year in the professional category.

Ve Vintage Festival 2015
Our students performed at the festival in the town centre.
We performed a jive, a fan dance and a chair dance on the main stage.
We advertised all weekend handing out flyers and sweets.
We finished of by teaching our fab BurleX lesson in the town hall on the Monday morning
